First of all, this site is made for you, all fans of Holland Heavy Metal out there!

We shall mainly concentrate on the 80s period cause this era had so many great bands and cannot be found anywhere else on the net. Nowadays many of the bands are forgotten, and lay to rest under a huge pile of dust. Time for us to refresh your memory and/or introduce you to the great bands Holland had to offer in the 80s.

We'll offer you bandprofiles with some biography/discography stuff but also rare pictures, demo songs or even video's. Next to that we offer you a news and concert service with all the latest info about the (current) Dutch heavy metal scene. Also interviews with the old bands about the old times of course. Yes, being nostalgic isn’t a bad thing on this site!

Heavy metal isn’t a typical 80s thing of course, so we shall give you links, news, concertinfo of the young Dutch Heavy Metal bands who play classic metal in the vein of the old Dutch masters.

We hope this site will turn out in a meeting point for all Holland Heavy Metal fans and musicians who played in those great bands in the 80s. Therefore we will have a forum where all topics concerning Holland Heavy Metal can be discussed.

As Holland Heavy Metal crew we are open for everyone who wants to contribute to this site and make it better, and who knows, maybe Heineken will decide to sponsor us one day.
