CHARON - MAASTRICHT (LIMBURG)

BIOGRAPHY:  The most southern city in the Netherlands, Maastricht, is the city where Charon came from. Active at the end of 80s/early 90s the band released a demo, ‘Silent World’. The band played melodic hardrock/heavy metal including keyboards. ‘Silent World’ starts with a huge keyboard intro to be followed by ‘Hiroshima’, ‘Feel My Hate’ (good heavy metal song!), ‘Unspoken Words’ (a ballad), ‘Key to Eternity’ and ‘Silent Word’. All good melodic hardrock/heavy metal songs which should appeal to all melodic hardrock/metal fans.
